Fees
Please contact me for current fees. My fees for psychotherapy are based on the usual and customary rates for psychologists in this area. I also provide a limited number of low fee spots within my practice.
Forms of Payment
Credit card, cash, and checks are accepted and should be brought at the time of service.
Insurance
I currently accept Medicare, MHN HealthNet, and can work with individuals who have a PPO plan and would like to use out of network benefits. Generally, if you have a PPO plan your insurance company may allow you to see an out of network provider (that would be someone like me). You can issue a bill for services to your insurance company and get reimbursed for a portion of what you paid for therapy. Generally insurance companies will reimburse from 50-80% of the costs. I will issue you a super-bill monthly which you can use to submit to your insurance provider.
